When Hepta evolved, his old carapace was left on the floor. Thace put it to the side, meaning to take care of it later, but it wasn't in the same spot when he looked again. Considering the season, he checked for ghosts, and asked if Erzah had moved it. She denied doing it. And when he was done with his search for culprits, the carapace was gone entirely! Thace had to spend some to reassuring his family that it was just pranks, and not something actually terrible and frightening before he got a chance to look again. Still not there. Except. One of his Apricorn balls had shifted position in his pack. When Thace picked it up, out popped a spooky surprise! Thace punched it out of surprise, but luckily did no damage. The newly evolved Shedinja accepted his apology, and the name of one of Thace's ancestors.
Dronil tends to float through life without much of a care, but they do take pride in their appearance, and regularly ask for grooming, and especially polishing. They sure are the prettiest Shedinja around, if nothing else!
Shedinja's hard body doesn't move - not even a twitch. In fact, its body appears to be merely a hollow shell. It is believed that this Pokémon will steal the spirit of anyone peering into its hollow body from its back.
